School started back this past Monday. Kaylee didn't go because I am going to keep her out for at least a month maybe two. She has not been sick since school let out for the holidays so maybe avoiding exposure is working. She will eventually have surgery but we are trying to put it off a little while since it isn't pressing. She isn't happy about being at home and entertaining her has been a job all in itself. I have been trying to get things back in order from the holidays. Things that should have been done while I had John around to help but I put them off so we could have some family time. The kids and I didn't get out of our pajamas for a couple of days while I cleaned and organized a little. They pulled out toys as fast as I could put them up.
Kaylee loves having her picture taken so she had to pose for a picture in these pajamas a friend of ours gave her. Tyler was so big sitting on his truck but it only lasted long enough to take the picture. He loves his sister's tent. I think Kaylee has mixed emotions about his ability to play with her. She likes that he responds to her but he doesn't play like she wants him to!

I am glad she is feeling better! And Tyler looks even more grown up than he did a couple of weeks ago. I am still bummed we didn't get to spend much time with ya'll while we were there, I think that was the worst visit we have ever had (thanks to my happy and cheery children!) I will give you a call this weekend, I guess you saw my newsletter about us going back to Oklahoma. Sorry I didn't get a chance to call and tell you, it's been sort of gloomy around here since we got back! Anyway, I'll call ya this weekend and fill you in on all the details! Love ya, Carlee
